In this '60s retro prequel to the bizarro-noir Bloodsucker's Handbook (AKA Enchiridion), Bloodsucker's Planet follows the crew of the space ship Argosy as they respond to a distress signal from the industrial Planet Mara only to discover the planet is ruled by the sinister Mother Vampire. Along the way, they encounter disease-carrying Mara bats, a talking space roach, and Adrianna, the gynoid whose developing self-awareness is aided by her collection of vintage romance comics.
故事发生在日寇入侵我国东北三省之时。绿林好汉关东好，在一个偶然的机会救下了惨遭日军轮奸的少女。少女被救后毅然加入了以关东好为首领的绺子，并渐渐练就一身好骑术和一手好枪法，被人们誉为关东女侠。一次，关东好被日军抓去，在被押往刑场的路上，关东女侠率马队飞驰而来，救下关东好。混乱中，日本小队长击中关东好。关东好的伤势日趋恶化，一天，在老营关东好当众宣布将绺子大旗交给关东女侠，从此她将成为一方绿林的头领--大当家，按山寨规矩，关东好宣布完举枪自毙。第二天，关东女侠只身策马进城为关东好报仇。身为二当家的四虎紧随其后。关东女侠扮成男商人进城后，发现一名叫三月兰的妓女凭借自己的姿色每晚设计诱杀日军，随后便在墙上留下关东女侠的大名。关东女侠劝其不要再打自己的旗号。正说着，遇上日军来追捕。关东女侠慌忙躲避，误入日军浴池，在四虎的配合下，将浴池中的日军全部击毙。日久天长，关东女侠与四虎相互爱慕，但每想到那不堪回首的往事，关东女侠只得将爱深埋心底。关东女侠率队协同其他绺子攻打孤山镇，却被投靠日本人的柳大川抄了后路，伤亡惨重。关东女侠和四虎扮成夫妻去县城找柳大川报仇，看到三月兰被日军押向了法场。当晚，关东女侠率四虎、万炮等人摸入日军县大队处死了柳大川，全歼日军。几天后，四虎为给关东女侠报当年之仇，独出心裁，抓来一日本少女让手下弟兄将其轮奸，并东女侠闻讯赶来，盛怒之下抽了四虎一记耳光，并端枪向参与其事的人疯狂扫射。按规矩参与轮奸的人罪当处死，四虎也在其中。关东女侠念及情份，决定与四虎成亲，三天后再执行枪决。三天后的凌晨，日军摸入老营，喝得烂醉的弟兄们惨遭杀害，关东女侠、四虎也双双被擒。关东女侠、四虎等人从容走向刑场，枪响了，关东女侠、四虎缓缓地倒在茫茫的雪原之中。
