　　本片讲述了一位经验丰富的女舞者，在她30年的表演生涯结束后，她必须为自己的未来做打算。作为一名年近五十的舞者，她挣扎着不知道接下来该做些什么。作为一名母亲，她努力修复与女儿的关系，因为她的女儿常常被置于她那以歌舞表演为中心的家庭之后。
